The staff at Hotel Cineholiday were very good. One particular instance stood out when the manager personally helped us carry our luggage down the stairs on our departure day. Their helpfulness made our stay more fun. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect for train travellers like us. Just a 3-minute walk from Napoli Central, it was easy to explore the region with convenient train connections to Pompeii, Sorrento, and even the Amalfi coast. Plus, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for a quick bite. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location for train travellers.

This hotel was a rare gem! The staff, especially Anna, were friendly, efficient, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel had a unique film-themed decor, with pictures of film stars on the walls and books in the lounge. Our twin room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely touches like film bookmarks and sweets on the table. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries and had big, soft towels. Plus, the location was perfect, close to the Piazza Garibaldi and within walking distance of buses, shops, and even a foreign exchange center.

All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. It is also close to the circumvesuviana train, perfect for visiting Pompeii. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The friendly staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, including warm croissants and a selection of cheeses and meats.

Some rooms may have noise issues due to their proximity to a busy back alley.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the main railway station and the circumvesuviana train to Pompeii. there were plenty of restaurants in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the room we stayed in, Audrey Hepburn, wassuper clean and cozy. We also had a nice small balcony with a view of the street. The staff were helpful and provided us with great information about places to see. The breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants. this hotel provided great value for money.
